Juniors .. next year is syf year and by april we do hope that you guys will be able to improve fast
AND do not forget that you have to respect your seniors
AND handle your
INSTRUMENTS WITH CARE. to juniors:
You guys should know that by improving fast YOU have to practice your basics and come for band practices regularly.
- if you cannot attend band , it has to be a valid reason (e.g. sick, give MC at the next practice)
- but if you have remedial, inform the time it ends

As for seniors, continue improving and try to have
PATIENCE when teaching .
